Our Essential Oil Blends are hand-crafted and made to order and will remain potent for months if sealed tightly and not exposed to excessive sunlight. Please note, however, there is a shelf life inherent in all nature-based products.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every product you purchase from us. If you are not happy, we’d love to know why as we are always evolving and open to your comments. Please feel free to email us via our contact us page with questions or comments.
We do not offer refunds, but are happy to provide you with a price-equivalent exchange if you are dissatisfied with any of our products, and not more than 30% of the product has been used. Please email us via our contact page at with the reason that you are dissatisfied and we will get back to you with an approval code and method of return. Shipping charges will be your responsibility. All exchanges are final, and need to take place within 10 days of the original shipment date in order to be processed. Your exchange order will be shipped to you within two weeks of our approval of your request.
We will gladly accept returns on items that arrive broken or for orders that have been sent incorrectly. If you have received a broken bottle or an order that is incorrect, please email us via our contact us page within 10 days of having received your package and we will instruct you on how to proceed. In these cases, we will incur return shipping costs.
All orders will be filled within two business days of having received payment. This excludes orders whose buyers have chosen next day/priority shipping. Priority shipping orders received after 1pm EST will be processed the next business day. Processing time does not include weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 1pm EST as well as Saturday and Sunday, will be processed the following Monday. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays within the U.S., as well as the day after Thanksgiving.
Shipping cost is based on weight of the items. We cannot deliver shipments to P.O. boxes or military installations. Estimated arrivals vary according to shipping method chosen and destination. We ship using U.S.P.S. or UPS. We package everything tightly and securely to ensure it arrives intact.
We are required by law to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to NJ.
Because of the way our website processes orders, orders cannot be changed online once placed. Please contact us within two hours of order completion via our Contact Us page if you feel there was an error in our order confirmation. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to provide you with a price-equivalent exchange if there was an error.
